By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.
I recommend reading through all of it and if you have questions, please ask before ordering.A Term of Service is an important way to protect both the client and the artist. Never commission an artist who doesn't have a T.O.S or doesn't send payment via invoice. And for the client: never pay using the “friends and family” option on Paypal.Stay safe.

Commissions will be delivered in around 2 weeks or a month, though can be delivered faster. Also depends on my queue. Contact me if you have questions. My time zone is BRT, so please consider this if there's any answer delay on any communication channel.•I will warn you through messages if I'm going away (i.e.: holidays, health).
•I don't work on commissions during weekends or Brazilian holidays.
•I will always send WIPs.
•I will reject a commission if I chose to.
•I will block you if act inappropriate (i.e.: rude, sexual, disrespectful, etc.)
•I reserve the right to cancel any commission and partially or fully refund the client.
•I won't tolerate irrational rushing.
•I don't provide my art without my signature.
•I won't accept references that aren't digital.
Commissioner Rules
This section was created for the rules that the commissioner MUST follow if they want to buy a commission.•All the artistic work copyrights belong to me. Proper credit is necessary.•If you already ordered the commission, you can change the character if I didn’t start it yet.•Only the commissioner may post their commission on social medias, use it as a profile picture, header or print it for personal usage with no profit.•The commissioner must send a clear non shaded reference from their character(s). If it’s shaded, provide the original palette.•You must not claim my work as yours, sell it or edit it. Breaking this rule results in you permanently blocked.•You can only ask for changes during the sketch phase. Changes requested during the other commission phases will have to be paid before the commission is completed. ($10USD /R$15 minimum charge depending on the complexity).You will receive the finished commission files via email.
Payment Methods
All the payments must be in USD.
Brazilians may send payments in Reais. The client must send the payments through an invoice if it's Paypal.I accept:• Paypal
• Ko-fi
• Bank Transfer (for Brazilians)
•Pix (for Brazilians)Commissions will eventually be started when the full payment is given. I will not start working on your commission until I have received full payment.
If you take a slot:• I will send you an invoice after approving your commission. You can complete the payment after receiving the invoice.
• The complete payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not received without a valid reason, your order will be cancelled and your slot will be lost.
• The commissioner may ask for a refund if I haven’t started the commission.
• When I fully complete the commission, you cannot ask for a refund.
• If the commission is half-way done, you cannot ask for a full refund. We can discuss partial refund.
•If you chargeback a payment, you will be blocked permanently.
Any question that you’re curious about (if something is not on my T.O.S) can be sent through Instagram direct messages or Twitter. Please be clear that you are sending a commission/T.O.S question.I reserve the right to edit My T.O.S without notice.
